About Bakers edge
In 2006 Bakers Edge first opened its doors at Henley Beach and in 2011 moved to West Beach.
The original owners passed over the oven mitts to Norm & Lynne Collins together with their son Jay and daughter Tori in March 2017.
Norm & Lynne have been involved in the hospitality industry for around 30 years each in hotels & restaurants and are loving now running a bakery,cafe & coffee roastery.
Norm is a chef by trade, now turned baker and coffee roaster and you will find him there most mornings baking breads, pastries, delicious sweets or roasting coffee.
We have now expanded our business and opened a wholesale arm for our Organic/Fairtrade coffee blends called Edge Coffee please contact us for further details.
Our priority is you and our aim is to build long term, honest and enjoyable relationships, whilst providing handcrafted food and coffee of the highest standard.
